How To Ditch ‘The Weight of the Weight’

If feeling happy, powerful, confident, and successful was a matter of “thinking positive”, “getting’ er’ done!”, and motivation, we would all be walking around high on life.

If having your ideal body really was as simple as “Eat less, move more”, we would all be walking around looking like Cameron Diaz.

You most likely don’t really have time, energy, or opportunity ‘problems’.

You most likely don’t have a food problem, or an exercise problem, or a laziness problem.

And no one is truly lacking motivation, willpower, or actively self-sabotaging themselves. Even if it feels like this is true.

You are simply carrying too much ‘weight’ on your mind, your body, and your heart.

weight (n.): downward force of body, heaviness, burden, mass
weight (v.): to load with weight

  • It’s the weight of a physical body that stresses you out, causes you pain, or keeps you from feeling fully connected to yourself.

It’s the weight of the weight.

It’s heavy! It’s expensive! And it sucks the life out of you!

It keeps you from feelng JOY, PLEASURE, and CONNECTION.

It keeps you STUCK.
