I decided I wanted to do a little ‘upgrade’ to my body a little while back, and I have to say: I am SO happy about how my body is looking, moving, and feeling as a result of it. I feel great.
But there’s just ONE thing that is a little weird. I’ve actually GAINED 10 pounds on the scale in the process. What’s up with that?
